Dr. Leonora War

Dr. Leonora War is a highly experienced Consultant Psychiatrist with over two decades of international clinical and academic experience across India, the United Kingdom, and Canada.

She completed her MBBS and MD in Psychiatry at the prestigious JIPMER, Puducherry, followed by Senior Residency at G.B. Pant Hospital, New Delhi. Dr. War then pursued advanced psychiatric training in the UK, earning the MRCPsych qualification after training in Aberdeen and Leeds.

Dr. War spent over 15 years in Canada working as a Consultant Psychiatrist in Edmonton, Alberta. In addition to her clinical practice, she served as Clinical Academic Staff at the University of Alberta, where she trained medical students and family practice residents.

Having returned to India in 2025, Dr. War brings a global perspective to mental healthcare. She is known for her compassionate, patient-centred approach and is deeply committed to helping individuals achieve recovery, resilience, and long-term wellbeing.
