Dr. Shalini Bhakta

After graduating with an MBBS degree from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Medical Sciences, Dr. Shalini spent 4 years training for her postgraduate specialization, She completed her Diploma in Psychological Medicine (DPM) from Central Institute of Psychiatry in Ranchi , followed by a DNB (Psychiatry) degree from VIMHANS in Delhi, which built her clinical foundation in Psychiatry.

Throughout her experience, including the time serving as a Senior Registrar in Antara Psychiatric Hospital in Kolkata, Dr. Shalini had the privilege of collaborating with wonderful multidisciplinary teams as well as connecting with patients across an incredible mix of cultures, while treating a wide range of adult mental health conditions. Dr. Shalini has an interest in child and adolescent psychiatry, and actively engages with academics and research to ensure continued learning and provide better care.
